We purged Clidewood Forums on the 25/7/25 in order to improve overall security and also make the page faster,

we integrated a more stable encryption algorithm to keep your accounts safe.

This means that your password and your credentials stored in your cookies to keep you logged in 24/7 are more secure, because your password is completely separate from your login token, our backend uses uuid's and also a hash of your password, and to keep you safe, we have only stored your uuid in your cookies as a way to keep you securely logged in.

Whenever you ask a forum admin to change your password, your uuid changes aswell now to keep your account safe.
