1) User Roles:
  • "You" refers to the users of the website or players in the Minecraft realm, While "Regulations Team" refers to the people who create the terms and policies for you to follow in the Minecraft realm, Discord server and Website.
  • The website can be accessed through "https://clidewoodrealm.localplayer.dev" and "https://applications.clidewoodrealm.localplayer.dev".

    • 2) Administrator and Developer Definitions:
  • Administrators are approved personnel of the Minecraft realm, Discord server, and Website as determined by the Regulations Team.
  • Developers are responsible for maintaining the systems involved in accessing the realm, including the Website, Discord server, and realm itself.

    • 3) Data Retention and Security:
  • Data retention, including IP Addresses, is essential for preventing malicious activities and may result in bans by the Administrators.

    • 4) Compliance and Consequences:
  • Users are required to follow the established rules and regulations set by the Regulations Team. Non-compliance could lead to suspension or termination of user accounts.

  • Events License: Given to you by the Regulations Team, The Events License allows you to host events on the Minecraft realm and Teleport Users and Administrators without explicit consent from the individuals, License Holders will get their License revoked if it is used maliciously.

    • 11) Age Limits
  • To play on clidewood realm you must be at least 14 years of age or older, you may download worlds from previous seasons and play on them, Due to the safety of are members we recommend 14 and over to play on clidewood realm.

    1) Admin Owned Property Policy:
  • If You are caught malforming content in the Minecraft realm that is owned by a Administrator or Developer without explicit permission, your access to the service will be terminated.

    • 2) User Disruption Policy:
  • You may not teleport Users / Administrators without explicit consent from the target, to a particular location, Your access to the service will be terminated.
